    Are the healer accessories for this tier broken?

    Shows +93 piety on the earring, but displays at +483 in stats?

    Take off all your gear and you'll notice that you still have Piety because you have a base Piety stat value.

    Actually, you will notice Skill Speed and Tenacity have 400 as well as base.
