Players that go AFK in Island Sanctuary is a Problem

I love how OP said A MILLION TIMES how they know that perfectly welland how no, that's not a solution. And yet people keep being broken records.

Because it's definitely a solution. I use it whenever someone on the Lunar Whale ends up on top of the NPC. I know roughly where the NPC is so all I have to do is hit my Confirm keybind twice (NUM 0 on keypad is the default) to target and interact with the NPC to get to my island.

I'm on my island in a few seconds while people who prefer to waste their time complaining instead of using the available targeting option are still standing next to the NPC complaining.

I still agree that SE could have made a better choice for exit point but it's still not preventing anyone from going to their island.

I respectfully disagree. It IS the solution. By pure definition.

Problem being is those that go afk mounted, sometimes on HUGE mounts then covering the NPC and most players, in Moraby Drydocks.

Problem is: players go AFK on huge mounts covering the NPC etc etc.

Solution: what has been offered.

Yes, the OP recognizes this. Then why have this post? It is annoying?

i came back to see if anything constructive was coming out of this and no some angey players who keep necro bumming this topic up they have kicking in the islands so more belly aching is not going to change anything after another month they may remove the kick option when interest drops off.

My only issue with the target filter option is that I still get chocobos as potential targets. Is there something I'm missing? I thought chocobos were considered pets or minions or whatever.

The only target I have checked is NPCs/Objects (I use the keybind a ton anyway, since I do a lot of gathering).
