World Data cannot be obtained

So not my issue, but a friends. Whenever she tries to Data Center Travel on her new computer (like brand new, just built), she keeps getting an error that says "World Data cannot be obtained. Please try again later. 2021" but if she tries Data Center Travelling from her ps4, it lets her through. Any ideas? Below is an image of the error code.

If it matters, she runs a RTX 3060, intel i7 10th gen, and win 10.

I know there's a 3070 error code as well as one in the 1700's for this same thing so I'm not sure if it's the same issue or not, but it ONLY happens on her new computer.

Does this happen on any world/data center she attempts to visit? Or was she visiting a specific world or data center?

Probably fixed itself by now, but if not, try on PC prior to launching the game, in Windows 10 type in the search box CMD and press enter, open as Admin and type in the window: ipconfig /flushdns

This will also help with 90001+ and 2002 errors.

From what we have talked about it happens on any data center she tries to visit, she doesn't even get the confirmation to move to a world on the data center. It thinks for a moment and then throws that error.

She has tried this and the issue persists.

Can she use her phone as a hotspot? I would use it to connect and attempt to move, then you can rule out connection related issues.
