The description for Veneration and Innovation specifically say they affect "Synthesis" and "Touch" actions, respectively.
In reality, these actions affect ALL PROGRESS and ALL QUALITY increasing actions, respectively.

This creates a communication issue with a few actions. For example, Delicate Synthesis; this action increases both progress and quality.
But it has "Synthesis" in the name and this might confuse some players into thinking that Veneration, which says it improves the efficiency of Synthesis actions, will make it increase the amount of progress AND quality it gives.
While it does improve how much progress is given, it does not improve how much quality is given. Using Innovation, however, will improve how much quality this action gives, despite it not having "Touch" in the name.
The same can be said with Groundwork. Despite it not having "Synthesis" in the name, it is definitely affected by Veneration.

The simplest way to fix this would simply be to change the description of these actions.
Veneration: Increases the amount of progress gained from actions by 50% for the next four steps.
Innovation: Increases the amount of quality gained from actions by 50% for the next four steps.

Actually, IIRC, they don't: Innovation doesn't affect Delicate Synthesis. Veneration, of course, does.
