If the devs are afraid that it will have population problems or maybe some "exp per day" balance issues... just rotate between RC and Frontlines. Leave some days of the week to each one

You know it's absolutely pointless to readd this to the duty finder and not place in in a roulette. That being said what the fuck happened to rebalancing it which is why it was supposedly unavailable. It's a mess.

Just put Rival Wings in the Frontlines rotation. In fact, just remove Secure. That FL map is garbage. Remove Secure completely and put Rival Wings in its rotation spot.
