    Portrait window is bugged?

When I open my portrait window the only clickable button is the "?" at the bottom left... The button for "New Portrait" is gone, the "Edit" button is greyed out and it's deleted all my past portraits I've saved within the last few months. I play on a PC and a Laptop and the problem persists for both platforms, it only lets me edit my Adventurer Plate portrait and have no way of applying it for Instant Portrait as every time I PvP it is the default up close face, no idea what to do any suggestions? thanks c:
