Funny you say that. Quick chat was implemented to prevent people from shit talking and it's still being used to shit talk so the change didn't even succeed in its intended purpose. I'd personally prefer to get even just the first 30 seconds of a match to have open chat for some quick little discussions or even just to kill time because it's suuuch a pointless thing. Just standing around for 30 seconds doing fuck-all

The times I've wanted to warn my team of the sneaky DRG in our midst....well I'd certainly love a '[insert enermy] LB! Watch out!' or something of the sort like "DRG LB! Watch out" or something to just warn the team.

Quick chat has no purpose, it doesn't prevent toxicity. All it does is prevent actual coordination.
