    Good morning and thank you for the reply.

    Just to clarify, changing the legacy components would only work for Final Fantasy XI. As this crash occurs in Final Fantasy XIV, I would like to recommend the following:

    - Update any graphic drivers to the most recent version
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC. Once the PC has been reset, launch the game.
    - Please try lowering the resolution
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
