Direct X11 Fatal error 11000002

I'm having problems with directx11 error (Direct X11 Fatal error 11000002)
Game crash with me hitting the dummy or other game content. I already formatted my computer and still crashing

1- i only have one character
2- No additionals programs running whit Final Fantasy

3- I've tried a lot of things,
3.1-
-Open the Control Panel
-Open 'Programs'
-Select 'Programs and Options'
-Select 'Turn Windows Features On or Off'
-Open 'Legacy Components'
-Check 'DirectPlay'
-Please relaunch the PlayOnine Viewer after this option has been enabled

3.2- Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game on both ffxiv.exe and ffxiv_dx11.exe
- Update/reinstall your graphics card drivers
3.3- Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\ open up FFXIV_BOOT.cfg and open it in notepad you will find BootVersionCheckMode 0, change it to 1
3.4- Updated all my drivers

and more.
I formatted my computer too but in first test trial lvl70(The pool of tribute) crash again

Just to clarify, changing the legacy components would only work for Final Fantasy XI. As this crash occurs in Final Fantasy XIV, I would like to recommend the following:

- Update any graphic drivers to the most recent version
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC. Once the PC has been reset, launch the game.
- Please try lowering the resolution
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.

You can also try removing the Nvidia Geforce Experience app completely, and download and install just the GTX 970 driver by selecting "Driver only" on the official Nvidia site.
This often causes conflicts with this game, including Nvidia Overlay, make sure that isn't on.
