Makes me glad to be in Legacy.

Makes me glad to be in Legacy.
I like frog
I have honestly never been more proud of being a XIV player than I am at this precise moment. The fact that "our" game is suddenly getting all this positive attention just makes me so happy.
... and being a beta / day 1 player is just a bonus!
First, I would like to say that I'm flattered, that my twitter comment made it way here (yes, that's my twitter account). This: https://twitter.com/Hasemo/status/210183447283638274
I have a feeling that it will be a common statement, if things turn out the way we hope it will.
On that note: I hope that other Legacy members feel the same pride that I do. I am not a day 1 player (my investment in XI and lack of a desktop to run XIV, being the main reasons), but once I began to immerse myself in this new world (in December), I realized that I was committed to this game and Yoshi's vision for the future.
Much like everyone else, I have had issues with the game and the community; but, without all of us paying to support the future of it, there would be no future for it.
So, I would like to thank you... Love or hate... We have a shit-storm of excitement (that isn't only us) that was built on our resolve, commitment, and willingness to pay for our faith in something we have grown to enjoy.
I am humbled by those who have supported this game from day 1 and am delighted to be part of the family that helped (and continues to help) Yoshi and his team create something that, I believe, will be great.
*The "Thank You Yoshi-P (and his team)" thread is here... If you would like to thank them as well.
As for the comment itself, as a beta player who preorered the CE as soon as it was possible and was hugely disappointed by the game itself until now I have to say, that I also hope, that this kind of comments will now appear in large numbers.
Fingers crossed for 2.0 videos, which have beeen shown at E3 behind closed doors, being released soon to the public.

I'll admit, I feel a slight sense of superiority to people who haven't stuck with the game since day 1, but I won't be a jerk about it. I'm just really glad I did. I vowed to myself that I'd watch this game grow, and boy has it ever grown.
Cheers to not only us old-timers and Legacy members, but all the new blood we'll inevitably be getting ^^.
Maybe it's because I joined later so so theres more for me to do, but I never felt like I regretted paying for legacy (actually I already qualified before I knew about it).
Now Diablo III, there is a game where I have crazy mixed feelings of having fun sometimes and massive amounts of buyers remorse.

I've been hooked to this game so much, which kinda makes me neglected lots of game for these past few months.
And with 2.0 looks really promising, dunno if I can leave Eorzea.
Let's hope that the non-Legacy player didn't get left behind too.![]()
ive noticed ALOT of people on some gaming sites talking about legacy now(this week) and telling others they need to get in and jump on it before its too late
too bad its already too late
