Unable to Receive PvP Rewards via Achievement Log or NPC

■Steps:
1. Logged in to 6.2 and attempted to claim achievement rewards for previous season rankings. 2. There are no achievements related to previous season rankings in my achievement log.
3. Attempted to claim season or tier rewards with the Seasonal Quartermaster in the Wolves' Den Pier
4. NPC only mentions the current (reset, bronze) season's rewards.

I reached Crystal rank in a previous season, but have not received any form of reward from the NPC or Achievement system—previous attempts in prior days also failed, and I am unsure what the issue is.

Due to the above link, I was under the impression the issue would be rectified with the release of the achievement system's ability to track/reward PvP Ranks, but nothing has happened yet.
