PS5 unable to resize main map ; bottom right corner cannot be brought into view

PS5 User Interface issue.

It is Impossible on my PS5 for me to reach and manipulate bottom right corner of main map to resuze it. I am permanently unable to resize map. Impact: I am unable to see character coords at bottom as these are off screen, I am also unable view my character or the arena with main map open as it is too large.

Steps:

1. Open map (Controller square)
2. Attempt to resize main map window > fails bottom right corner of window off screen, cannot be manipulated.
3. Attempt to move window up to bring bottom right corner into view > not a remedy, with window at highest point, bottom right is still too far off screen.
4. Attempt to 'default position' window > not a remedy, 1 & 2 still apply.
5. R3 zoom to resize window has no effect on such with map.
6. Change system > default UI size to minimum 60% > close reopen map > no improvement bottom right corner still unavailable.

(possible relevent steps needed before the above [outline], I do not have facilities to confirm, but these apply to my case)

i.begin playing character on WIN PC, setup HUD and UI
ii.backup game and character setting to FFXIV server.
iii.download server game and character settings to PS5 client.
iv. settings > system > display > screen resolution = 4K , user interface size = 300%
