(Suggestion) on housing item locations

Just a suggestion.

After finding out where the Flagstone items come from (which is later submarine missions) I think it would have been nicer to see it be a craftable or an item obtained in the Firmament (more accessible to players in an understandable compacity).

I think something like a loft and stairs is more so an item that people would buy multiples of for use unlike something like a indoor moogle fountain which makes sense to make it a rare item as it is more so commonly used once. Not to mention these items will definelty be sold at high prices, understandably so, but the rng of getting them will also be an annoyance if you need it for multiple use or others in the FC are needing to use it as well. It\\'s also the first non wooden loft and stone stairs.

This as well as the fact that people that are not part of an fc or perhaps are in a fc that doesn\\'t have an fc house are not even able to get this item.

I just think it would nicer to perhaps get this item in other means that would not only get the players invested into something like crafting or utilizing an area/ mode more.
Just my thoughts on it ( I am part of an fc with a fc house fortunately but I just think of how it would be for players who do not have that accessibility let alone the fortune of getting an fc house ).

I think that housing items like this should NEVER be locked behind a Free Company. Many FC's do not own their own houses, so they can't build subs. Those of us who don't have houses yet this isn't important, but for the FC that I belong to they just got a house, and now we have to wait until we can possibly bring back a single loft per trip. Totally wrong to lock these types of things behind a Free Company and Square should be looking into the entire issue of the ability for everyone to get items from the game and not just certain people who have multiple free companies with multiple free company houses on one account. Totally uncool Square Enix.

I absolutely agree with you there! I went to a world and saw a split fc with 10 fc houses scattered in a few wards/in the same wards to get around the multiple house owning rule. So just alone getting an fc house is like rare let alone just a house in general. I really really hope they rethink this choice again since these items are a multiple use items mostly and I know so many house designers (me included) who would love to use a loft and stairs that isn't wood. Im sure it's also very hard for people in fcs that don't have the authority to use the sub or use the items coming from the sub. But yeah I completely agree! Maybe if there's enough people who suggest a change they may rethink this... hopefully.
