Bug with Toggle and Mixed Crosshotbar control types since the hotfix.

Frequency: Since the August 29th hotfix.
Steps:
While using the crosshotbar control type Toggle or Mixed you cannot press 2 inputs at the same time.

Steps:
1. Make sure neither of the back triggers is held.
2. Hold the A button, the game will not accept inputs from any other face button (XYB or any D-Pad).
3. The issue is solved even in these control types as long as either back trigger is held.

This is a new bug introduced with the latest hotfix and for people like me with hand issues it makes the game near unplayable.
Hold is very difficult for a person with disabilities or injuries.

To clarify, in order to reproduce you must be on either side crossbar (attempting to use skills and abilities) if neither is highlighted face buttons will work properly.
For example if no chotbar is selected holding A to target and pressing Y to jump will work.
