This is the norm from the company that routinely kills off and refuses to address anything of any real interest in their MMO. No hats for Buns, lackluster and limited hairstyles on Hros and two class reworks pushed back to 7.0 for arbitrary reasons. How do you people get so routinely blindsided by disappointment in such a way?

They are working to improve character appearance in 7.0 -- that's the earliest we can expect any real change.

It's not a statement that any new customization has been touted;
saying something won't happen before a certain date is not the same as saying it will happen on that date -- that's pretty basic reading comprehension stuff.
