if you can see from the 2.0 announcement pic and the new SE pic there isn't any real changes, i'm starting to think that wasn't an artist rendition of the UI but the actual UI during the 2.0 announcement.

Moon phase is missing from the newer screen, micro-menu icons were rearranged a tad, the party frame is less colorful than the one from last year, chat log looks different, 12 actions per row instead of 10...did I miss anything?

I think they said the first picture was the real deal. Rukirii even posted about the old screenshot having the old tiered moves because they still exist in the current 2.0 build apparently.

Enemy HP bar got a few graphical touch-ups. Also the second row of buttons on the hot-bar are the same size as the first row. Other than that, I think you covered everything.
