That was just a tech demo to show off what the engine can do. It's not going to be Final Fantasy XIV or XV.

As much as I would like to not get excited by these screens (and by that tech demo), I can't help but be extremely pleased by them. I will certainly tread carefully and not let this excitement get too out of hand, but holy crap are these amazing. That tech demo was equally as impressive.

All we are missing now is some game-play to solidify our belief in FFXIV 2.0 go go yoshi-P

They're getting feedback on the tech demo lol, sounds like something in development to me.

This is reported to be for NEXT generation not current but the engine using whats said to be in the PS4 and next gen xbox. Its said to be also used in future game and consoles(maybe even 3ds) just a "Lower quality version".

They are also taking a poll to see if people want to see this as a game. Was created though the lens of Final Fantasy series where advanced science and magic coexist in a futuristic world.

I am so happy I stuck through all the tough times with this game!
I didn't have low expectations for 2.0 or anything by they weren't quite this high. SE just blew me away!
I didn't know they could do so much in so little time. All that's left now is to bow down. Well done SE team... well freakin' done!
