New Screenshots from E3

Those of you knocking the resolution need to relax i think. They clearly stated that the new engine would support very high end pc's and have a max specs setting that was much different the console or low res settings. They could be showing these in order to highlight the fact that it can be run at low res and still look great for the people that didnt want to buy whole new rigs just ot play this like many of us did. Its been one of the major complaints since 2010. Not to mention if thats how it looks on the Ps3, thats amazing.

We're finally seeing actual screenshots of 2.0, and it sure as hell doesn't disappoint. Thank you, XIV team!

Once again the fanbase has an overly high expectation of things to come based on a few screenshots and artwork... I'll remain skeptical.

Actually if you look at the screens carefully, it looks like parties are going to get reverted back to 6 people again. Notice how in the shots with 4 players there is greyed slots 4 and 5 and another character in slot 6 but nothing below that. Wonder if Yoshida plans to return to the FFXI formula of 6 person normal parties and 18 PC alliances. (He did confirm a while back that large scale battles more then 1 group is coming, how when is still unknown.)

Edit: NM in one of the 4 player shots they are all in slots 1-4 but nothing below them either. Still up in the air then.
