Awful lag from EU to NA servers

Someone pointed out it's better to start a new thread in regards to this high ping issue we EU people are struggling with for the past few days.

We know it's NTT again, and it's unrelated to ISPs.

Bro, I'm in the UK and getting this issue, so the excuse of it being AT&T won't fly for NTT or SE now lol

Currently 450ms without Mudfish running

Yeah, I noticed exactly this, Ping drops, but performance itself is still crap. I've only noticed an improvement from installing a VPN like Mudfish or WTFast

I usually have 160 ping playing from EU to NA and now its around 450.

I hope they add NA/EU DC travel for times like now because this is getting ridiculous.
The worst is that there is no acknowledgement or communication from SE about this, like i dont know if they are working on this or if they are even aware which makes it very frustrating.

For anyone saying "just make a new EU character lol" i would rather quit the game than restart the 10.000+ hours i have invested into my character, not to mention friendships and everything else.

Well i let PingPlotter run just noght and looks like there is a bad Node again when connceting from EU to NA.

It was bad already this morning and it is even worse now!
Someone need to look into this issue, because in this state you can't doo anything besides Island and Chat Simulator!

Im getting same lag issue. I dont know what to do anymore. I cant raid TOP with my static because it lags so much. im around +400 ping and everything is so laggy. Can square enix please fix it? i never had lag before on NA servers until now. its really bad.

Woke up and had decent ping for like 10 minutes, now its gone haywire to 500 ms again. Four different threads on this particular topic and yet nothing acknowledged from SE's part.

No, but they can contact their NTT buddies and have them solve this issue. It's not that hard, but if no CMs care about reading these English forums, so of course there will be no acknowledgement. This applies to a tiny minority of people, so it's lowest priority.

NTT has been working somewhat for me past year but it's been shitting the bed for past two weeks. If we are paying monthly subscription, aren't we due service we're buying?

I've been playing on NA server since 1.0 and I don't have plans to leave.

I had a tremendous ping two days ago on Crystal 450 (while playable on Aether and Primal: 170/180). Yesterday was fine and today we back again at 450 even on the other two options. Trying ExitLag and ofc it got better (180 with it) but I don't want to pay two monthly services (game + vpn), kinda annoying.
