Game Crashes after character select

I use a laptop and the only things I keep plugged in are a mouse, SSD, and the laptop charger, so this is not really applicable to me.

hey im also getting the same error as this guy ive reinstalled the game 3 times updated drivers checked devices everything i can think of am currently reinstalling the game for a 4th time will send detailed report of system and things such as that once its done Please Help i just wanna be able to play i even have screen shots of the Error code if required someone please for the love of god help me with this
