    Still getting booted

    When farming I keep freezing
    When trying to talk to npc's nothing happens
    When trying to see what I have by using /isearch nothing happens

    WHEN will this be fixed??

    dx11 failure entering Radz at Han

    having similar problem
    i am on Window 11
    I can go everywhere in the game even the island sanctuary but as soon as i go to Radz at han i get this error on directx error


    An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

    AND so on

    i was fine going to the area before the update with no problem
    so what did they change, I cant enter that area only

    We would be happy to assist with your concern. Please provide the following information so that we may assist further.

    Does this crash only happen while farming or does it happen in other areas as well?
    Could you provide the exact error message received?
    Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
    Does this crash occur on more than one character?
    When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
    Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
    Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

    Additionally, please provide a 'DXDIAG'. This can be done by clicking 'Start' on the Windows icon and click 'Run'. At the run line, please type 'DXDIAG', and hit "OK". Then click "Save all information" (in the DXDIAG window) and save it to a .txt file. Copy all that information and reply to this thread with it. Please also include all details involved with the problem for investigation on our end.
