I've seen myself and 10ish other people who have been stuck in gold for the past day and a half. I've been constantly given unranked or bronze 3 players on my team who go 0-7. I've seen only TWO gold/plat lobbies out of the 50 or so games I've had to endure in gold rank. CC has become a pile of burning garbage.
