Could just be luck, but I went from Gold 4 to Plat by quite literally babysitting the bronze players with Sage. Sage LB also helps herd the bronze players to where you need them to be, and the amount of wasted LBs from enemy players was staggering.
4 out of 5 teams I get suicide 5 times to my 0-1 deaths, and I'm starting to lose my mind stuck at the extreme bottom of Gold 4.
Big yikes, when you can plat every souls game with less effort you know your stuff is broken.
MCH, but I'm well aware of it's inability to 1v1. Utility is the bread and butter, but it has a fairly strong AoE opening so I play around where the tide is rather than rushing in. I'm often first, sometimes second on my team but that only gets you so far.
You too, huh?
A lot better than the SGE I had the last few matches that never used their LB once
I was borderline considering to gonna give my input, but I am not sure how my EU pvp exp might relate to the experiences you guys have in NA - is the average NA pvp player just this bad or something?
Like I believe you, but man I have never had this experience on EU Light - I'm climbing out of Gold a second time this season (World transfer reset my rank) and I take like two days tops from Unranked to Plat.
Granted I have a few more hours available and I can carry my own weight and some extra given my general exp with pvp, but man I have not encountered the horror stories you guys seem to deal with, yikes.

Honestly, yes. NA players are that bad. But they are number one at thinking they are number one.I was borderline considering to gonna give my input, but I am not sure how my EU pvp exp might relate to the experiences you guys have in NA - is the average NA pvp player just this bad or something?

Does not matter that season after season, it's always the same people climbing up the rankings. If these players managed to do it and they didn't, then they were cheating or they keep being the luckiest people in the world. It has to be, otherwise it would just be that you're not good enough.
Never mind the fact that people stream their whole journeys on several data center and climb up time after time. Never mind the fact that a lot of people at the top are mostly very experienced Frontlines players that can dominate their games.
If you look at the Top 100s all around, the average number of wins looks to be between 60 and 80. Not many horror stories of above 200 wins.
All cheaters obviously.

Just decided to start playing ranked today, literally had 2 teammates I got 3 games in a row that couldn't break 40k damage. The worst part is that I can't even put these goobers on a blacklist, so it's just an auto-loss. God, PvP is terrible.
