    is my fairies healing based off my gear or is it just a leveled based flat rate heal?

    The fairy has stats based off of yours at the time it was summoned. If you have weakness from a revive or a food buff or change gear mid dungeon this can change how powerful your fairy is but only if you resummon the fairy while your stats have changed.

    Basically imagine the fairy being an extension on your own stats with very slight pet potency modification (it’s like 10 potency less) that snapshots your stats at the time of summoning

    So if you were to cast fey blessing from yourself or cast it from the fairy it will basically be the same potency, if you get new gear in a dungeon and don’t resume on the fairy the fairy is still snapshotted to your lower stats
