Game CTD After Several Attempts to Fix

For the first time since I've been playing this game, I am experiencing crashing and dx11 errors. I began 6.2 with no problems, but then suddenly began crashing when trying to enter a cutscene, I believe it was specifically "Where Everything Begins," giving dx11 errors. It has since graduated to crashing to the desktop when attempting to teleport and no errors.

I have done the following in an attempt to fix it: updated my GPU drivers, did a clean install of GPU drivers, installed the game using the restore function 4 times, did a fresh install of the game, tried to reinstall directx, checked the bios for overclocking, tried running in both dx9 and dx11, did sfc /scannow and DISM, launched everything in admin mode. Nothing has worked.

After each install, the game seems to work okay for a short period; however, as soon as I try to teleport to another location, Empyreum in this case, the game will crash to the desktop. When I try to login again, I am stuck in the teleport loading screen and another crash occurs. I have found that visiting another world server and reinstalling the game allows me to login, but then the process starts all over again.

Update: After uninstalling, removing the game folder from my documents, and reinstalling (again), the game is now working properly.
