This is probably a really random idea not really well thought through but how easy/hard would it be to add left/right handed options for weapons?

I'm Left handed and kinda think it'd be cool if my Bard could hold his bow in his left hand or my Paladin could hold his sword etc...

Seems a simple enough idea at a glance.
