Fellowship and PvP Team Disbanded

When I logged into my character this morning I was no longer in my PvP Team or in any of my fellowships. This includes the fellowships I was I held ownership of. According to my friends, it looks like I left the PvP Team and I disbanded the fellowships however I was not logged in and did not do these actions. https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...6777ec43b86a7/

"PvP Revival" Fellowship on Light Datacenter was disbanded. This fellowship had over 900 member!

The only thing I can assume happened is that my subscription being canceled caused this issue because my payment error happened on the same day. However, it's not normal to be removed from PvP Teams or Fellowships because of subs. My other characters are still in their PvP teams and fellowships, only this 1 character was affected by this potential bug.
