People intentionally not rolling for 5 minutes

I have been guilty of this one when there was a jerk in my group and because you can't kick when looting up, They held me, hostage, by not looting the whole run I holed them hostage only the final chest.
As soon as the offending member leaves I loot and leave.

But I also think loot time should be reduced to 60 or 120 vs 300 seconds

So I noticed something, when doing some raids, and alliance raids, sometimes even dungeons, there're people who intentionally dont roll after run's over.

they just stand there for 5 minutes and roll within last 10 seconds or so.

I confronted a person about it and they said if they wait some people leave the group and they get bigger chance to obtain items.

is this griefing? is it reportable?

I do it to this day.
I pass on every peice of loot i dont want then wait to see if the peice i want is the last one left.
9 times out of 10 the casual players just hit need on everything and move on.

I wont sit there for 5 minutes, thats 100% grieifng, but ill wait ultil everything else has been rolled off, normally takes ~30 seconds

Probably not. The game gives players 5 minutes to roll. I've seen people do it.

Makes me roll my eyes, but it doesn't bother me since I'm never playing the game when I know there's somewhere I have to be anyway. If they want to sit there and waste their own time, more power to 'em. I'll tab out and look something up or turn my attention to whatever I had on the TV for background noise.
