That’s one of the problems with text based bosses. For example, Spanish is the most spoken language in America (the continent) but it is not even an option in this game. It is not exclusive to NA: many people play the game in English or another language because they don’t have a choice and suddenly getting a math question, although basic, with specific vocabulary can throw you off ( English is my 5th language)

Anyway, the problem pointed out by op is a real one.
