Title says it all. It's impossible to go to the Island Sanctuary because of this many people.
There's a 24/7 queue, even at dead hours 1AM~7AM, it's way too full with all the new characters and Wanderers and Travelers both. Ul'dah, Limsa and even Gridania are a laggy mess.
Please block entry from Travelers and Wanderers and disable the creation of new characters.

Or use the free server transfer to a fresh server so Balmung gets less congested. But that won't happen ofc and i wonder why, could it be cause Balmung is the ERP Hotspot of the game and the server with the worst housing market cause every second player wants to open a brothel...naaah that can't be it!

Why should I be the one leave my home server because people, not from my server, are flocking to it?
World visiting is also a thing, you can very well open any type of venue you want in other servers.
Fun fact, most brothels aren't from Balmung even.

Balmung was in a really tough place even before the datacenter/server travel. On a new preferred server you wouldn't have any troubles is all i am saying.

People are staying way too long way too much and way too many inside their houses and apartments on balmung, way more than on any other server. For...well...reasons i guess! So instead of this futile protest maybe you should persuade your fellow balmung players to emote more on each other in the open streets again, that would most certainly do more than banning the travel. xD

Damn how did you know? To be fair i had once, a long time ago, an alt on Balmung plus my mainchar was stationed some time on Goblin. Not for erp but well i saw enough to know that the problem here isn't caused by a lack of server space, nothing will ever fill that endless hole the Balmung players created. Pun intended!

Edit: Just cause i feel it needs to be said, i think if two consenting adult players want to emote on each other all night long that is their right and i have no business in that. BUT this problem is something that is caused by players not the game itself.

Funny because the only people who will cry about this are Balmung house owners who want to show their friends their place and people (wanderers and travelers!) who will have to move their ERP spot elsewhere.
