Housing and Island Sanctuary connected

I believe it would be better if we have the removal of the Housing system and just add it in Island Sanctuary. Basically everyone would need to be notified about the removal of housing in advance and have their items be in storage. Also players can choose which size they would want for their house in Island Sanctuary. Sadly this will also mean players need to complete Endwalker 6.0 and redecorate their House again. But I feel this a better decision in the long run. Plus players not only get their own house but thier own Island all in one package. With this addition players wouldn't want to leave their Island at all now

1. Having to redo the decorations is a pain to begin with and not everything goes into storage
2. You would never get to see anyone passing by, with wards chances are slim with island its just about zero
3. Why would it be better? Server load would still be there so it wouldnt be possible for everyone to get a house without crashing the servers.
4. At the moment i have experienced problems just entering my house/or fc house ever since latest patch and sanctuary island. Just entering to tend flowerpots/aetherial wheels or submersibles is a problem around prime time.
5. Exclude everyone who hasnt finished Endwalker from housing? Thats just plain evil.
Servers are being hammered at the moment and i dont want it to get any worse by having uncontrolled expansion of housing possibly leading to instance server crashes and nobody able to get in or out of their house

I don't agree that merging housing into Island Sanctuary is the best solution.

Among other things, what about players that don't want to live on a tropical island? What about those who like their snowy Ishgard, desert Thanalan, forest Gridania?

It would also be problematic for RP venues or FCs holding server events at their housing, not to mention the large FCs themselves since there's a limit of 16 players on an island at a time.

Playing devil's advocate on a couple of these:
1 - every furnishing but Chocobo Stable and Miniature Aetheryte can be added into the Storeroom and those two items have special handling in relocations. The big problem would be exceeding storeroom limit but that could be something SE could address by temporarily increasing Storerooms to 800 furnishing after a relocation.

2 - I never see anyone passing by my house as it is. No change there for most house owners. Not everyone wants their house to be on display for passing strangers.

3 - It would be possible for everyone to get a house. What would not be possible would be for everyone to be in their own house at the same time. It would be very rare for that to happen.

4 - Right now it's a problem because Island Sanctuary is new content and everyone wants to get their hideaway upgraded as fast as possible so they're spending hours in it instead of minutes. Once that's done, most players won't find much reason to spend more than 15-20 minutes in it a couple of times a week to collect things and update their workshop agendas. Those who don't care about getting the vanity rewards probably will stop bothering with it all together. Things will go back to normal until the next major content release for Island Sanctuary.

5- can't argue against your #5. Players shouldn't be gated from this type of content because they haven't reached an arbitrary MSQ progression point. The story SE used for how we end up on the island didn't make all that much sense. (don't want to go into detail here because of spoilers).

Island sanctuary would have been great as housing if they completely changed it lol.

Im mean IF it was to just give EVERYONE (lv1 and up ) an island to build any style of home on.

S,M,L? ..multiple homes ...whatever we want to create. with a huge item limit to go with it.

THAT would have been a patch to remember , one to be proud of and one to actually solve issues that have been avoided for 8years.

I think why Square decided to limit it to end game is because if they added in all low to mid levels to receive an island, you'd never get into Island Sanctuary. This theory holds more truth and common sense tells you it would be so much worse. These forums, reddit and other social medias would be screaming in pain.

If Island Sanctuary were instance housing and they got rid of housing wards, then you have all the clubs and other venues drawing in pretty big numbers of players on the weekends. The most effected zone would be Moraby Drydocks. The people trying to get to their house, the guests trying to get to their venue, from a single location, added with the AFKers being pushed back out in 30 minutes.

I say no thanks, I like housing better as it is, or until a better system is improved for instance housing.

2) Let me guess you are the type that loves to show off or has more than one house.
3)THEY GAVE US ENTIRE INSTANCED ISLANDS, A SINGLE HOUSE/MANSION IS NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO AN ISLAND.
