Just another Kaiten post

I joined since the day Kaiten is taken away from sam. So far, I understand that it is not likely that the skill will be added back nor Sam players will get their answers from Yoshi P. Furthermore, with all recent patches, SE just ignore Sam like they are never existed. I started playing this game because of Sam and it will be a hill im willing to die on. It may be annoying to other people but I will keep posing about Kaiten every single patch till there are reactions from them. Sorry about the rant and thanks for reading this

I am not a SAM main at all, just a fan of the job who plays it sometimes. I loved Kaiten and it was a defining feature for the job for me. It felt very good and satisfying to press before Midaire. When I play SAM now, it feels so much more flat and less fun. I would like it back, and that is my feedback.

On the contrary your name gives vibes which tells me you’ve been following the recent forum posts & just demands in absolute why the change occurred,

Whether you’re Celes, Rensu, Afro or whoever just post on the pre-existing posts that are still active.

All in all you won’t be getting feedback in this manner.

Ignore these people, keep posting your feedback. This forum is literally a place for bitching about things you don't like. Just look at all the threads not related to Samurai. The only difference between them and Samurai threads is that they aren't talking about Kaiten. If they want to see posts praising these awful changes they can go to other subforums.

Changes that were already made & they had an explanation for it & it still was not enough for you primitives,

Less so spamming ongoing related topics in the hopes & pressures they’ll concede with the demands as though you Kaiten-zealots taken hostage & expecting an immediate answer.

It is far then laughable -Sips Ishgardian Wine- Kaiten exists in PvP though….there’s that you know?

Exists as a passive trait that's completely non interactive and only makes the normal combo buttons go from single target into an aoe form.

Not only that, but we are specifically talking about the pve changes.

Yeah, samurai is super fun in pvp, no one is refuting that.

And while an explanation for why remove was given, understand nothing substantial has been done to make up for the removal. There was no equivalent exchange, only subtraction, and the only thing done since are minor potency adjustments despite the problems being mostly not potency related at all.

Yeah, aoe was weak, but the main issue with aoe is the shape of the attacks now. Why is a casted skill a circle? It can't possibly hit anything right without eating aoes ourselves. Does that sound right as a squishy dps to you?

Complain about the kaiten threads all you want, but that isn't the only thing samurai mains have been pointing at as the issue.
