Also, try uninstalling your graphics driver with a tool like DDU. GPU drivers tend to not clean themselves out completely when you use their included uninstall program.

I know it's pretty much a shot in the dark, but it's worth trying.

One last thing you could try to rule out any software issue, is to try to install another copy of Windows 10/11 on an USB drive using a tool like Rufus, and trying to run the game from there, but it's a rather involved process.

In the end I ended up upgrading my computer, cause while i bought the old one in 2019, it was a laptop and was kinda intended to be a stopgap while I moved countries.
