This was at the beginning of SHB. With vieras it was the same.

The most hilarious thing is that the company says they don't put helms on hrothgars and vieras, because the ears are clipping and it doesn't have the quality they want. And then they let this kind of thing pass... Quality...

tbh, they probably forgot that the tincan armor exists since there's only like 4 or so of them and they don't go past ARR (kinda like one-handed wands for CNJ/THM)

The alternative is not letting Viera and Hrothgar wear those head-fused-to-chestpiece armors at all, but still, eesh. No wonder those items never came back.
