Open retainers FREEZE/Get booted

Everytime I open the retainer button I freeze and then am booted.
I freeze doing other things as well and sometimes get booted immediately.
OMG please help!! New patch and the people who play all the time (are loyal) get pooped on..

- Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
- Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus software installed on the machine if are using a Mac or Windows PC? If so, which ones do you have installed?
- Internet Service Provider
- Location/Region you are in (Not in game, your actual location)
- Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
- Does the issue only happen with one specific character, certain area or at a certain time frame? Please clarify.

No, it happens anytiime.. If I try to craft it goes for a bit then freezes and eventually boots me. I cant even use the port in Radz because i freeze immediately when I try to use it. Yesterday I was having a hard time when talking to my retainers even tho they seemed to work today.
Last night I totally deleted the game FFXIV and redownloaded it.. that did NOT fix my problem.
