Where do I pick up previous seasonal ranking potrait frame rewards?

I was Crystal in S1 but I never got any portrait rewards, I thought they were sent in Mog Mail?

You had to claim the frame from the NPC near the PvP team sign at the Den during end of season 1 or during season 2 I think. Trying to claim season 1 placement reward in season 3 is too late

So, if you're referring to the frame kits that were on the series 1 malmstones track, it looks like those have vanished into the aether and you're screwed like me.

2. if you're talking about the achievement from max rank reached in the series overall, you should be able to talk to an NPC by the board outside at the wolve's den pier to claim your rewards. I did that and received mine there. At least, I assume I received it. He congratulated me, but I never looked at my adventure plate interface. My spouse did this and got their achievement frames that way; they just confirmed.

You just get them the moment you log in after 6.2. Provided you did claim your initial reward from S1.

When talking to the NPC just outside the board, he doesn't give me anything. I most definitely reached Crystal rank in S1 when CC first dropped, grinding through Diamond was the worst.

Did you claim your inital Crystal-only achievemnt from the same NPC during Season 2?

There is a limited time to picking up the title. You missed the timing by 2 seasons

Why is there a time window to pick up the reward. No one told me to talk to an NPC for getting my reward... i thought is just an archievement.
I reached Crystall Rank and then i was taking a break. Now with 6.2 i wanna have my Crystal Rank reward!!!! Can SE Support give it to me?
