    Launcher not progressing past the FF14 Gray screen

    Firstly, I'm using Linux to game on FF14.

    I've tried looking into the launcher's files, and can't find the FF14 Boot file config, and so I can't do that.

    I have already re-installed the FF14 launcher through steam. is there anything i can do to help fix this?

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused. Unfortunately, the Linux platform is not officially supported with Final Fantasy XIV. Due to this, we are unable to provide support for it should any issues arise. At this time, only Windows, Mac, and Playstation 4/5 are supported.
