Island Sanctuary UI - materials tracking

It would be great if we could pin a list of materials we need - for construction or for the workshop assembly lines - so we don't need to write it down, or run back every time we need to check. Exactly how the starter quests show needed materials would be great.

And just because I'm already here so why not - can we climb the windmill, please? It's already got platforms up there that'd be great to walk around... just let us get up there.

You can use the Material Allocation menu for that.

That does work for manufacturing, but for construction (ie. Granery or other buildings) it's be nice if we could pin the materials we need.

Yes, exactly this. I hate having to write down what I need to construct a building, and then consult the "Current Season" tab to see what else I need for that, and then cross-reference that with my overall inventory just to keep track of how much of what I now need to gather.

The amusing part is it actually did track your mats for the first couple of buildings and then stopped. So the system is in place but just needs expanding.

    Manage Hideaway

Click the facility you want to renovate.

    Click Review

That shows you the list of materials required to renovate.

No need to return to the Hideaway to verify the amount.

You don't need to write anything down. You can track it from manage hideaway.

That works for only one, but if you have several things you want to start farming for, you still need to write it down.
Last time I was checking what mats I needed for 2 plots + the tree house. Clicking back and forth and trying to remember isn't exactly easy. Instead I needed to write it down. And then while gathering the mats, I needed to continuously check my inventory.
It would be much easier to throw them into a tracker, like it was the case for the first few buildings or tools.
