Housing: 'Private Housing' During Lottery Phase, Switched During Results Phase

1. House was labelled as for private purchase at the aetheryte. My partner and I were excited and I put in a bid.
2. Entered lottery and won.
3. After winning, it's now labelled as a Free Company house. I don't want to transfer our Free Company house here; it was meant to be my house.

Shirogane was all flagged as private purchase on Siren, much to the surprise of my group. A little gem house was hidden away in there with only a few bids, and I threw my raffle ticket on it.

After winning, the house now is trying to flag as only being for free companies and I can't claim it as my private estate. I was confused, went back to the aetheryte, and sure enough the wards that were private have changed to free company again.

Why did it change to Free Company Only after I won the raffle? I'm not sure what to do here. Can this be fixed by a GM so I can claim the house? Was it unintentional that for the lottery period they were flagged as private?

An attempt was made to contact via the in-game support and I was referred here. I was told I just likely made a mistake and bid on a free company house.
Human error did not occur. Finding the housing was open to private purchase spawned an entire half-hour discussion on Discord about why it was done, involved screen-sharing and disbelief. My IRL partner physically looked over at my screen and was giddy with excitement. The house was flagged for private purchase.

Whether this was an error on my client or the server, I do not know. I know I logged off, went to get us breakfast, came back, logged in to see the results, and found out I got juked and the house was re-classified.

Wards 1 to 9 have been designated FC wards since the lottery had been added. The bug was you being able to bid on it so fix you would like to see happen is unlikely unfortuantely.

I'm not sure what I want them to do about it. It'd be amazing if they honored the raffle period (where I bid on it as private, not FC) and let me have the private house, especially since so much of Kugane's 'FC housing' is private housing anyway. I'm not sure they can even do that on-the-fly, but I'm not only going to lose gil... even if I get a full refund, I've missed out on an important lottery period for obtaining personal housing, and it likely will cost me being able to have a personal house at all due to this bug.

That's the worst part, really. I'll be screwed pretty hard.
