Said Mistletoe is the niche-sourced ingredient in the new Grade 7 Tincture recipes (and the currency used to purchase it from game vendors is Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy). It's early in 6.2, and so far there is the usual pricing consternation of a debut ingredient - but fwiw this is the worst I've seen in 4 years. The bad news for content players for the time being is that until folks start digging in to the duties which drop Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy in quantity, prices for Grade 7 Tinctures may tend to remain as much as ten times higher than their Grade 6 predecessors.

A 24 world sweep this morning showed a few worlds with 7-8k gil per Mistletoe, with the majority chiming in at around 10k each. Crafters will simply pass this along to combat folks, so... what is the story?

What would help here is some input from the content people on that Allagan Tomestone of Astronomy - like how soon can we expect to see this situation get better? If the expectation is that supplies will never be as great as they were with Stonehard Water (the Grade 6 Tincture predecessor ingredient of similar ilk) the bad news is that drinking Grade 7 Tinctures like water ain't gonna be fun.

Folks who know about Tomestones, input?
