    1. Allow the Orchestrion to be persistent. Also allow it to spread throughout the entire island. At the very least, all through the workshop/pasture/garden/hideaways area without getting progressively quieter.

    2. Allow more than 40 minions to roam. I have a ton; and with my island steadily growing, I’d love to not have to spread them too thin. Especially since I’m sticking to a theme (e.g., water minions on the beach, the Mandragora family roaming the garden, animals like the deer and fawn minions in the pastures).

    3. Allow multiplayer play on islands we have permission to visit. I’d love to be able to tend to an island with my friends. The inventory could be tied to the island itself, so we aren’t taking things into our personal island inventory and it’s instead going to the island owner. Maybe add in some crafts or something that can be done either solo or with a team for faster progression? I’d just like to be able to do stuff with my friends on their islands, and them do stuff with me on mine.

    4. I’m hoping future updates give us more variety in animals we can put in our pastures.

    5. Add a status menu so we can check in on our crops, animals, and other progresses without having to speak with the specific NPCs. Having everything centralized or at least in a submenu accessible anywhere would be super handy.

    6. Adding in fishing/spearfishing would be nice. Would allow for more feed recipes. Maybe even a pond or something can be added for us to put fish we catch in.

    7. Give more meaningful rewards—or more meaningful ways of using—the islander currency. So far, the rewards are pretty lackluster. I know you can just mass gather things and resell, but it would be nice to have other uses for them. I have enough materia and fireworks. Maybe there can be expeditions added to the granary that use islander tokens but don’t bring back as many items or have lower chances of bringing back the rare materials from it? Would be a good use for them.

    So far I’m enjoying the content. It’s slow going, but I know it’s supposed to be something that lasts for 2 patch cycles. I’m sure I’ll be able to find stuff to do, but doesn’t hurt to add in some more functionalities. I am eager to know what will be done to it in the future—and I hope it continues to get updates beyond EW and isn’t something just contained to this expansion. Not sure how far they want to take it.

    I can understand, albeit a bit begrudgingly, that access to your own island only unlocks after finishing the Endwalker MSQ and completing the introduction quests. What doesn't seem so reasonable to me is why you have to have your own island unlocked before being able to visit other people's islands. I'd really like if the ability to visit other's islands was unlockable much sooner to unlocking your own island.

    One change I believe they should 100% do is change the cost of the mammet from seafare to island tokens. With the extremely limited seafare tokens gains you shouldn't be forced to use it for basic operations.

    this 100%! Seafarer's Cowries should ONLY be used for upgrading your island and the Islander's Cowries should be used for other items like the mounts, etc. There is basically nothing worth spending Islander's Cowries on at this point (literally all of it is garbage) and the Seafarer's Cowries are just too limited and precious to spend on stuff OTHER than upgrading your island. This is one thing that should be implemented asap. Like just move everything that you can currently buy with Seafarer's Cowries over to Islander's Cowries. Keep them in both tabs but keep them both the same. Also more/easier ways to earn Seafarer's Cowries would be great. More challenge log entries (give it its own tab even) that reward Seafarer's Cowries would be a great start.

    Let us have an option to remove the mammets from the buildings or at least move them around. They're everywhere. It's like they're VERMIN.

    lol, for real. I got my first completed landmark this morning, and there are two of them just hanging out on top near the seating area. Don't remember inviting them to the party! And the mammet counter in your house....just why??! Put those things outside!

    Mammets aside, my biggest gripe is currently the mode select. It feels really clunky having to click between gathering, feeding, petting, trapping, planting, etc. I just want to be able to walk to up <whatever node/activity>, and have the game be smart enough to realize what I'm doing without needing to me click a button first.

    One thing that might be clunkier without the mode select is sowing/watering/culling and feeding/petting/beckoning.
    Instead of setting to water and going across all your plots, you'd have to click on a plot, then select water, 5, 10, 15 times.

    Would be neat if Gathering was the default though.
