The state of Role Quests and locking content behind them

While I agree with the other replier that there is plenty of *time* to complete these quests, I do agree that they should be entirely optional and separate from other storylines and content. I am less of a lore-driven player, but I personally just do not find the role quests enjoyable, so it is always a negative experience when anything is locked behind them.

I mean if you don't care about the role quest, you probably won't care that much about the capstone quest, since it's basically the epilogue to the role quests.
