Can't get into my house - extreme server load message

I keep getting the following message when I try to go into either my personal or guild house:

"Due to extreme server load, you were unable to leave this area. Please try again later."

If I do get in after several attempts, I can't get out again or move to the workshop.

It's possible that the island sanctuary uses the same instance servers as housing. Which means when there are too many people on the island, it will lock you out of housing.

I can't say for certain that this is the case, it's just a guess, but if true you'll have to wait until the hype for the islands dies down.

This is very likely the case. I currently can't get into the Island Sanctuary or my personal/FC house or apartment. This has happened before when they introduced new housing wards and everyone was inside decorating their homes. If the Island Sanctuary is also on the same instance servers, that's going to be a lot of extra strain on them.

Another reason to be glad that housing demolish is currently off, wouldn't that be horrible, being unable to save your home, because island popular.
