    CC Ranked Match History

Was just going to throw out and ask if it was possible for to make a public match history for ranked. In League of Legends, you can search for a person and see all of their recent matches. Was thinking this /could/ be good if implemented to the lodestone and would allow people to track win traders a lot more easily. There are some niche cases like one I experienced the last 2 days on Aether where something like this might help.

There was a *cough* white mage healer from Jenova *cough* that was in Gold elo queue's for 10+ hours that I noticed was throwing matches. They were alternating between having a few 0 damage/healing out matches and then matches where they'd cast a move to build LB and then back off completely and stand there far off from their team, come in to throw an LB, run into the enemy and cast nothing and die, and then respawn and stand right outside the spawn like they wanted to do enough to have some type of numbers on the leaderboard but they were incredibly low due to no actual effort. And this was something I normally give the benefit of the doubt might be lag, until I saw this performance for 4-5 games straight and happening again the next morning. A part of me wanted to file a report since they were on a near full 90's main account, but with it being the day before the season ended and deranks coming with the next patch and matchmaking penalties, I let it go since I didn't want to spend time clipping footage or trying to set up a livestream from around 4 games to just have a small suspension if that was even enough of pattern for a GM to action on.

But, after hearing that they're doing 10 day suspensions for ranking manipulation, I almost feel like going hunting for wintraders at this point and having a publicly available match history would allow players to tell who they're getting grouped with and how often/what those performances are. If I would've been able to see 10 games straight of them throwing, probably would've filed that night. But if you're a random person that only sees one game, you may also not be motivated to file a report either.

Sadly they would be flooded with false reports.

Tonight on OCE theres one group of players who somehow ALWAYS end up in the same team, they are somehow coordinated and manage to wipe out people in an instant. one stuns, one pops its big shot and they consistently do it.
Why do i bring that up?
Its an example of what i experience in almost every match.
I play Dancer, im viewed as an easy kill.
The only thing my job is good for in PvP thanks to SE's stupid PvP job design, is making enemies waste their cooldowns on you so your team can HOPEFULLY (lets be real 99% or people you get matched with are too useless to take advantage) take advantage and clean them up.
My boards normally look like this: 0,8,5+.

Basically, people who play jobs that ALWAYS get focused down, or simply walked over due to bad balancing, would get mass reported for 'throwing' when they are likely trying their hardest despite being given a twig while everyone else has a a gun and riot shield.

There really does need to be a way to easily report obvious win traders and people throwing/afking etc, but sadly for people like me too stubborn to play Meta?
The system would be bloated with false reports.

If you have a match history of 5+ games walking into the enemy team without guard baiting, without watching cooldowns, knowing full well its a coordinated group that's looking to kill you, that sounds like intentional feeding/running it down in LoL terms. You're supposed to learn from mistakes, not say "oh well, i'll just walk to my death knowingly repeatedly match after match and do nothing to try to stop it". Guard baiting, LoS blocking, purify and bait at range, back line and let someone else frontline when those cooldowns are up, switch jobs and play something with a cc cleanse like bard/whm so you can recuperate and stay up on health.

Outside of that, getting LB cheese'd by Monk/MCH if I had to guess what "big shot" is, doesn't change what the rest of the match looks like. While the 5 assists show some level of assistance, the damage output and healing output would be more important to decide if you were trying regardless.

If I was them, assuming they didn't have people that regularly played to know what an off scoreboard looks like (dps w/ 40k damage output in a 3-4+minute game, whm with 100k healing after 7+ minutes), I'd probably see if there was a way to create a range of the average performance for people in each elo bracket for each job like how they have win rates:
Gold Elo Healer w/ a Win has X stats range
Gold Elo Healer w/ a Loss has X stats range
    Plat etc.
    Diamond etc.

And if someone is sitting in the bottom 1-5% when they get reported for those games, do a check:
    - What are their teams stats, were they performing as bad
    - See are they even trying to cast abilities consistently to help their teammates. Check logs for Polymorph & Silences to see if they were completely disabled the entire game every game (if these jobs aren't even present in the match/matches, easy check).
    - Do they ever LB enemies if the game is longer (say 5+ minutes)
    - Check to see if they ever used Guard and took damage before or during it (aka not using Guard randomly in the spawn to cheese this check, that it was done in a fight)
    - Is there a person on the enemy team that's in the majority or all of the games they have
    - Are they queue'ing at 12-6AM when there's a small group of players
    - Are any reports coming from players on the enemy team and not just their teammates
    - Do they go from bottom 1-5% stats for that Elo up to dominating players on other games showing that they're capable of playing better but aren't

Depending on how many checks they hit, I'd have a GM either give them a spoken warning (not the one that officially counts to your account) saying that they've been reported by several players for suspected win trading, and that they should try their best/cooperate with their team in order to avoid this in the future all the way up to a perma if someone is doing 0 damage output or 0 healing output consistently.
