And I agree, they're jumping the gun adding newer crafted items to quick venture loot tables so quickly.

Classical HQ starts appearing at 590 gear level for combat retainers and 3772 perception (possibly lower) for gathering retainers.

late edit: My FSH retain just brought back a first piece of HQ Classical at 2354 Gathering/2366 Perception. It could be the base requirement is lower than we think but there's heavy RNG.

My miner retainer has 3595 perception and has been obtaining HQ classical gear fairly regularly so I imagine the perception threshhold may be even lower?

Possibly. My MIN hasn't brought back any HQ so far but is only at 3421 (I've got my BTN going after Lupin Seedling).

I'll update with your Perception number. Thanks for the info. I might start slowly increasing my MIN Perception to see what happens.
