Reaper needs additional buffs.

When I say selfish DPS, I'm talking about SAM who uses the party members around them to shine by putting the most they can in raid buffs. RPR was advertised to be similar to this with high personal DPS, so my expectations were that it would be just under SAM, and at the lowest, maybe competing with MNK for that 2nd spot as an alternative to taking a SAM in a DNC comp

Thats exactly where RPR stands though, behind MNK at spot 3 in personal dps

Now when it comes to raid dps, all melee jobs should be roughly similar, with minor nods being given to defensive utility, which RPR is the best, so it gets to be 5th in raid dps.
That sounds completely fair to me.
