Reaper needs additional buffs.

Since the 6.2 buff the reaper is already more decent than before and I think the buff is a bit underestimated,
you have to wait until the players are 'bis' and a few more weeks of log to see what what is the reaper really worth compared to other melee,
but on some fights the difference in DPS is minimal but not really fair with certains melee DPS, if they increase the DPS of the reaper, the buff will definitely be small.
