They ruined the caster playstyle of Summoner
They butchered the identity of Samurai
They keep buffing melees (buffing Reaper being behind other melees when they buffed melees who were behind Reaper earlier)
They keep failing to understand why people are upset about Machinist

You can clear with any comp but in theory, let's be real, you'll never see double ranged physical in a raid comp. The flex spot is autoed to a second melee or Black Mage.

Even if currently the devs are not going in the right direction, because there is clearly a lack or a total absence of listening despite the feedback from the players around the world, I think we must always keep hope that they will reconsider their decisions, currently the melee dps are too strong, especially the ninja outdps everyone,the summoner is only a shadow of himself, the casters have a rather bad balance, and the machinists and sam can still have tears of salt, especially the machinist. :s
