I'm sorry but you were given plenty of advance warning. The blame here lies squarely on yourself.

I see. Thank you bringing this to my attention. I did not play any PVP prior to them creating & releasing CC, and apparently I should have been watching for any specific PVP updates posted to Lodestone rather than relying on information conveyed in the Live Letter. I am clearly a square peg in a round hole. Duly noted for future reference.

I watched the live letter prior to 6.2 being released and thought it had appropriately prepared me. Silly me. Don't I feel dumb. Their PPT slide specifically said "Available rewards will be updated and Series level/experience will be reset." I assumed updated meant added on to, and not "replaced." I suppose that is, in fact, my fault, for how I interpreted the word "updated." Like, if Disney World says they're updating Tomorrowland and don't provide any specific details, I'd assume that they're keeping Space Mountain but adding more features, for example. I'd be pretty surprised if Space Mountain just suddenly vanished since they didn't say it was "retiring" or being replaced.

SE went on to say that "Series One rewards may be claimed until the end of Series Two," which further led me -- and all of my FC, I might add, since I did ask everyone in Discord -- to believe that they could still be acquired until the end of Season Two.

I guess my new question is why they would include a section about PVP in their live letter and then specifically leave out such important details and post them in a separate lodestone statement. Today I learned. Thanks for pointing out the lodestone post to me. As mentioned, I'll be sure to watch for them rather than trusting the live letters alone to prepare me for patches moving forward. Fool me once...

Edit: I want to add that I had even read the preliminary patch notes, and even that didn't mention it, lmfao, nor does the final version of the patch notes. I just don't understand why they would stuff that vital detail into one separate lodestone post and hide it from the patch notes and the live letter. smh. Each to their own, I guess. Today I learned. Read every single lodestone post and assume the patch notes & live letters aren't giving you the full truth. Got it.
