Please let us change Housing interior foundation, such as staircases, pillars etc

Hi! I would like to request the option to be able to swap out the interior foundations that are themed and locked for each local you have your residence in. These include the pillars, staircases and ceilings.

It used to be that exteriors were locked to each city ward back in the day before they allowed us to mix and match to our liking.

I wouldn't even mind if it wasn't modular, and swapped all assets from one city to another.

Sometimes i really dislike being stuck to the themed interior aspects of a ward because that was the only place I was able to find a house

To expand on that.....I'd love if we could do away with the default pillars/windows/beamed ceilings entirely. Give the option for flat surfaces so we don't have to use up a lot of our item usage creating new walls & ceilings :X

But yeah, letting us pick between the different city interiors would be a good jumping off point.

Any of the above, but to dream and take it further:

What I would love is an optional personal crafting station that goes inside a personal - similar to what we see in a FC hall - that allows people to load up materials to make sellable internal skins.

That product could be as simple as a completely blank box, to paissa like fur inside, to a verdant forest, to candy cane pillars.

They would need a serious amount of materials, and maybe something quite rare from either a extreme or aetherial reduced, or some complex crossbreed.

Something quite time intensive to build.

But in the meantime - allow us to just set the city/state. I hate working over shirogane.

Also the ability to be able to dye walls, especially that solid white one. Instead of having to use partitions that still take up the limited space in an apartment no matter how close you get them to the wall.

i agree and to add to it it would be really nice if we could get rid of that annoying trim that appears along the walls and stairs

This would be really nice. I have an apartment in Shiro because I thought Shiro was pretty but I didn't think about the inside of the place at all. I had to waste like 20 slots covering up the walls.

I've been requesting this since I can't make Loft at Goblet housing because of the ceiling...

I just wish we could remove the shit pillars and wall trim, along with some plain dyable wallpaper so I don't need to waste half of my furniture slots with partitions.

Since we are at it, I want to talk about a grievance of mine- WHY, why do smalls have a basement which is BIGGER than the main floor? Why couldn't we have an upper floor instead?
Such an odd decision and I wish I could change it.

It would definitely be nice to be able to better customize walls. Especially with the faux windows. They tend to look goofy with the default ones right there.

Yes please. I've been wanting and wishing this to be a thing for years. Also the baseboards should be able to be switched out. It's odd that I think only house glamors change the inside pillars. You can change the windows by changing them from the outside. Which only works on houses. Unless you mean their positions. Also yes smaller or thinner ceiling joints or being able to switch them out would be great for some houses/apartments.

I feel part of the reason why many loathe the Goblet is the chonkyness of the inside pillars, the beige of the baseboards, the pattern on the baseboards (same at the top of the walls) and the ceiling joints. Most other starting colors and shapes can easily be worked with. Light sand colors and boxy pillars on the other hand are too restricting. The only other thing I can't stand is the staircase design in a Shiro large. It wouldn't be so bad if the two small pillar things were removable or something.
